Job description
Benefit Harbor LP is seeking a Client Services & Activation Lead to manage onboarding, configuration, and ongoing administration for Workday Benefit Bridge clients. You will partner with ERP Benefits, deployment teams, and EDI to resolve issues and ensure smooth deployments.
The role requires strong project leadership, client relationship skills, and a focus on accuracy and timely delivery in a fast-paced environment. This on-site/remote hybrid role supports continental US client deployments.
