Lerryn House is partnering with an iconic name in luxury fashion to appoint an exceptional Luxury Client Advisor to its boutique in Manhasset, New York.
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished luxury retail professional who understands the art of building lasting client relationships, delivering outstanding service and driving commercial success. Working with a discerning clientele, you will play an integral role in creating a refined, personal and seamless luxury experience that extends far beyond the boutique.
The Role
As a Luxury Client Advisor, you will take a proactive and relationship-led approach to client development, becoming a trusted advisor to a portfolio of high-value customers.
You will be responsible for cultivating meaningful client connections, strengthening loyalty and identifying opportunities to grow sales through exceptional clienteling and an in-depth understanding of luxury products, styling and individual client preferences.
This position is ideally suited to someone who combines a strong sales mentality with discretion, sophistication and a genuine commitment to delivering service at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
Establish and strengthen lasting relationships with new and existing high-value clients, building trust through a highly personalized approach.
Deliver an exceptional standard of service throughout every stage of the client journey.
Build, manage and grow a loyal client portfolio, maximizing opportunities for repeat business and long-term engagement.
Achieve sales objectives through effective clienteling, commercial awareness and expert product recommendations.
Drive client engagement through personal outreach, private appointments, tailored shopping experiences and considered follow-up.
Offer informed guidance on collections, styling, product selection and wardrobe requirements.
Develop a strong understanding of individual client tastes, preferences and purchasing behaviours to anticipate future needs.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand, its heritage, collections, designers, products and evolving fashion trends.
Create distinctive, memorable experiences that reflect the brand's identity and luxury positioning.
Work collaboratively with the wider boutique team to support business objectives and contribute to overall store performance.
Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, personal presentation and brand representation.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a commercially minded and highly polished luxury professional who takes pride in developing client relationships and consistently delivering outstanding results.
You will ideally demonstrate:
Previous experience in luxury fashion, premium retail or a client-focused luxury environment.
A proven ability to cultivate, develop and retain valuable client relationships.
A strong sales track record, with the commercial confidence to identify opportunities and convert them into results.
Excellent knowledge of luxury products, fashion, styling and current trends.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
The ability to understand individual client preferences and deliver a considered, bespoke service.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the motivation to develop and expand a personal client portfolio.
Impeccable grooming, presentation and professional conduct.
A genuine appreciation for luxury fashion and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Experience serving high-net-worth (HNW) or ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) clients would be a significant advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
On-target earnings are $120,000 per annum, together with an excellent benefits package.
