Client Advisor at a First-of-Its-Kind Physician Representation & Management Firm – Be Part of the Team in the Physician's Corner

Position: Client Advisor
Location: Oconomowoc, WI (in office)
Schedule: 4–5 days per week, 32–40 hours per week

RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a trusted, responsive point of contact for the physicians we represent and the healthcare organizations we partner with.
Support our physicians across 1099 PSA, W2-Perm, and Locum Tenens placements, helping coordinate the flexible employment structures our candidates and clients need.
Help prepare for rate, term, and PSA negotiations by organizing documents, opportunity details, and timelines.
Coordinate per diem malpractice coverage, track non-clinical physician opportunities, and manage the details of confidential searches.
Nurture our network of physician ambassadors and doc-to-doc referrals, keeping relationships strong and every physician's file current in our databases.
Manage appointments, calendars, and correspondence, and organize events that build community across the physician and healthcare leadership world.
YOU'RE THE PERFECT FIT IF
You're proactive and detail-oriented, with strong client-facing experience and the ability to manage tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
You value discretion. You'll handle confidential career moves and sensitive contract details with care.
You communicate exceptionally well and build strong relationships, both internally and with the physicians we serve.
You're tech-savvy, comfortable with modern office tools, and always open to learning.
