nThe Client Advocate is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships that includes leading strategy development and execution. They have ownership of the E365 Service plan, engaging expert resources and leading pricing and profitability efforts. The CA arranges WTW resources to provide coordinated service and placement to meet the client's insurance and risk management needs.

nA Client Advocate should be the top Relationship Management colleague for accounts to which they are assigned. A CA has a strong connection to the client's business and a fundamental understanding of its industry, thus this relationship is a business partnership with client decision makers. They are ultimately responsible for client retention, client profitability, and delivery of all outcomes for their assigned clients.

nThe Client Advocate (CA) is responsible for maximizing revenue from existing clients. Needs to be comfortable "upselling" the client and growing the account. The CA will lead RFPs, oral presentations and pitches. As a senior member of the organization, you will have additional responsibility serving as:

n nThis role offers a hybrid working opportunity, with some required office time and travel to client locations based out of any US location.

nThe Role

nnnRetains existing book of business and develop and strengthen client relationships - recognized as primary client relationship contact

n

nnContributes to new business opportunities for new clients and develops business opportunities with existing clients

n

nnDrives the RFP response process, including review, identification, and coordination of resources and expertise required, and ultimate document ownership

n

nnEngages with sales and broking to understand marketplace changes

n

nnEstablishes comprehensive understanding of client's industry, business, and objectives

n

nnProvides strategic planning and consulting advice to clients; monitors insurance and risk management needs in collaboration with WTW resource, practice, and industry groups. Recommends appropriate solutions throughout the policy term (including acquisition due diligence)

n

nnDrives creation and delivery of E365 Plan and Client Stewardship report

n

nnIdentifies, engages, and integrates delivery of all WTW internal resources to deliver on the client experience

n

nnLeads and mentors account team members

n

nnMaximizes the profitability and retention of their book of business

n

nnNegotiates, creates, and delivers fee/compensation agreements to clients

n

nnInforms client's insurance program design and strategy by working in conjunction with Broking to ensure utilization of appropriate analytical tools

n

nnDrives design and delivery of client presentations/proposals, client advocacy reports, client service plans and schedules

n

nnDrives the renewal process to establish and implement the client-specific renewal strategy. Collaborates with WTW resource, practice, and industry groups to develop and deliver renewal to clients.

nnEnsures Group policy requirements (legal, regulatory & compliance) are met

n

nnOther duties as identified and appropriate to ensure exceptional client experience

n nQualifications

nThe Requirements

nExperience:

nnn3+ years of commercial Property & Casualty experience in a client-facing role

n

nnExperience managing and servicing complex client relationships preferred

n

n nTechnical Knowledge:

nnnStrong understanding of coverage structures, program design, and gap analysis

n

nnAbility to interpret underwriting submissions, exposure data, loss runs, and analytics

n

nnFamiliarity with the RFP process and working within structured client requirements

n

nnExperience supporting complex insurance programs, including multi-location risks and specialized exposures

n

n nAnalytical & Presentation Skills:

nnnAbility to analyze and interpret data to inform client strategy

n

nnStrong presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior stakeholders

n

n nProfessional Skills:

nnnStrong relationship management and client advisory capabilities

n

nnEffective negotiation and problem-solving skills

n

nnAbility to manage complex projects and competing priorities

n

nnDemonstrated leadership and collaboration skills

n

n nLicensing & Credentials:

nnnMust maintain an active Property & Casualty broker license

n

nnProfessional designations preferred (e.g., CPCU, ARM, CIC, CRM, AINS)

n

nCompensation and Benefits

nBase salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

nCompensation

nThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $135,000 - $150,000 USD per year.

nThis role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
