Supervising And Maintaining High End Residential ProjectsSupervise and coordinate maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Oversee property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly. Communicate effectively with clients to understand and address their needs. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and property standards. Manage maintenance schedules and allocate resources efficiently. Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff. Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized services. Strong leadership and team management skills. Effective communication abilities, especially with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
