Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS)Are you a Home Health Aide looking to take your career to the next level? Freedom Caregivers is looking for a dedicated and experienced Home Health Aide (HHA) or STNA to fill the role of Full-Time Client Care Specialist (CCS) in Upper Sandusky, OH. Will be traveling between Kenton, Findlay, and Tiffin.This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow, lead, and impact the lives of our clients and caregivers. What You'll Do: As a CCS, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional care while supporting the growth and success of our agency. Your key responsibilities include:Delivering Outstanding Customer Experiences: Build lasting relationships with clients, families, and caregivers by providing top-tier customer service.Ensuring Continuity of Care: Step in to cover open client shifts as needed, ensuring reliability and seamless transitions for clients.Empowering Caregivers: Train and mentor new caregivers directly in clients' homes, setting them up for success.Collaborating Effectively: Communicate caregiver performance and satisfaction updates to supervisors to ensure a thriving team environment.Upholding Excellence: Follow all caregiver responsibilities and uphold our agency's policies, procedures, and high standards of conduct.Why You'll Love Working with Us: We know how important it is to feel valued and supported in your career.
