This isn't a "sink or swim" job. You'll get real training, real files, and real people invested in getting you sharp and producing fast. If you're organized, coachable, and ready to bet on yourself, this is where you start.What You'll DoReview incoming loan files to identify outstanding conditions and what's needed to clear them.Reach out to borrowers to collect, follow up on, and track down the documents needed to keep files moving.Clear conditions and partner with processors, underwriters, and loan officers to push files toward closing.Enter and verify information in our loan origination system, keeping every file accurate and up to date.Learn the basics of the mortgage process, underwriting requirements, and borrower communication from people who actually do it every day.Build the organization, follow-up habits, and product knowledge that separate top operators from everyone else.QualificationsStrong communication and follow-up skillsHighly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple files at onceEagerness to learn, grow, and take feedback without taking it personallyInterest in mortgage, finance, or operationsCoachability and a strong work ethic matter more than a resumeWhat We OfferCompetitive pay based on experience.Health, dental, and vision insurance after 90 days.401(k) with company match.Opportunities for career growth in a rapidly expanding company — we promote from within and there's real room to move up.A supportive, collaborative environment surrounded by people who want to see you succeed.
