Job description
Crawford & Company, a global leader in claims management, seeks a Client Claims Director to drive program enhancements and client-specific directives. This role partners with Adjusters, Team Leaders, and Service Center Managers to improve claim quality, staffing, and outcomes.
The candidate will monitor performance with analytics, ensure adherence to client instructions, oversee investigations and audits, and coach staff on technical claim handling and customer service.
