Looking to start or grow your career in sales, business development, or account management ?
GTR is hiring a Client Development Associate to join our team and work directly with our Sales Manager and company leadership. You’ll receive hands-on experience in prospecting, client development, recruiting, and account management while learning the staffing industry from the ground up.
This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate, early-career professional, or someone looking to transition into sales .
Responsibilities
Research prospective clients and decision-makers using tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn
Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records
Support business development and lead generation efforts
Coordinate client meetings and follow-up activities
Attend client visits and sales meetings
Source and screen candidates for open positions
Learn recruiting and staffing industry best practices
Support client communication and relationship management
Assist with marketing initiatives, special projects, and company growth efforts

Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
