Job description
Our client, a textiles company , is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator to join their team in a hybrid capacity at Rockville Centre, NY . The ideal candidate has exceptional written and verbal communication skills, is a team player who can work solo and, on a team, and has the ability to manage projects with little supervision when necessary.
Job Duties Include:
Order processing and management
Project management
Sales Representative Assistance
Create and build client relationships
Manage key accounts
Provide timely replies to customer needs, inquiries, and concerns
Job Qualifications:
2+ years of experience with B2B customer service, ideally within textiles or similar industry
Ability to communicate effectively with all types of clients
Experience with an ERP system and Salesforce
Strong Excel skills
Interest or experience with textiles, interiors, or design
Salary:
$55k annually
