Job description
Maverick seeks a hands-on VP of Client Services to own the service side of its insurance operation in Florida. You will design workflows, dashboards, and KPIs, and lead account management across the full client lifecycle for builders and policyholders.
Bring substantial commercial-lines depth, data-driven discipline, and a track record of improving service levels. Florida 2-20 license or ability to obtain is required; CPCU/CIC/CISR a plus.
