About the Role
You’re the first voice our future clients will hear. As our part‑time Client Experience & Lead Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming curiosity into clarity, and uncertainty into momentum.
You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, screen leads, manage inquiries across platforms like Yelp, Google, and LinkedIn, and guide people to their next best step — whether it’s booking a session or exploring our services.
You’ll also contribute to lead nurturing, WordPress article writing and distribution, and social media posting and interaction, ensuring our voice is consistent and helpful across all touchpoints.
Type: Part-Time, Remote
Estimated Load: 5–15 hours/week
Reports To: Founder
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls from platforms like Google, Yelp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and our website
Conduct call screening to direct leads, clients, and sales/marketing inquiries appropriately
Guide potential clients to the right next step: scheduling link, intake form, or program sales page
Maintain clear, updated records of all interactions in Keap CRM
Monitor and manage Yelp lead inquiries and ensure timely, thoughtful follow-up
Publish and share WordPress articles across relevant channels
Assist with social media posting and interactions, including inbound/outbound communication
Collaborate with the team using Asana and Confluence

Part-time, flexible remote role (US time zones)
Hours available 7:00 am – 10:00 pm across US time zones
Competitive hourly or retainer-based compensation
