Job description
Alcott HR is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as the primary point of contact for clients with high volume and/or complex business needs. The HRBP will manage day-to-day HR activities for clients and their worksite employees, growing relationships through consultation, guidance, and problem resolution.
The role requires strong leadership, compliance knowledge, and collaboration across HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compliance, and Risk teams.
