Job description
Warfel Construction Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Delaware-based team. The PM will drive client satisfaction, keep projects on schedule and on budget, and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Responsibilities include cost tracking, subcontractor procurement, scheduling, and effective communication with owners, architects, and the field team. A bachelor's degree in a related field and solid budgeting experience are required.
