Job description
MissionHires is seeking a passionate Client Growth Director who will drive new business and manage client relationships. The position focuses on developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives across the country.
The ideal candidate will have a proven sales background, thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and be motivated to meet growth targets. While primarily remote, candidates from South Florida are preferred to attend monthly meetings in Miami. A competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions is offered.
