Help retail leaders turn business priorities into technology-led growth.
Cadreforce is recruiting a Client Partner in Albany, New York, for a global technology services and consulting organization. You will build senior retail relationships, uncover opportunities to expand the partnership and work with delivery teams to turn transformation plans into meaningful business outcomes.
This role suits a retail technology leader who enjoys combining executive conversations, commercial growth and delivery ownership.
What you will do
Build trusted relationships with senior retail executives, including CXO and SVP stakeholders.
Understand client priorities and identify opportunities for business transformation and portfolio expansion.
Shape technology opportunities and contribute to account growth and new-business development.
Connect client stakeholders and delivery teams so technology initiatives support agreed business goals.
Bring retail industry insight and thought leadership to strategic conversations.
What you bring
15 or more years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in both sales and delivery.
Retail industry experience and a deep understanding of retail applications and platforms.
Experience building and managing relationships at CXO and SVP level.
A record of leading transformation, growing client relationships and delivering results.
The ability to connect business priorities with technology opportunities and communicate credibly with senior leaders.
Preferred background
Experience working with Tier-1 retailers is preferred.
Location and compensation
Albany, New York, United States. The advertised annual salary range is USD $141,950–$216,200.
