Job description
Pritchard Industries is seeking a Client Partner for the Boston Territory to own the client relationship post-implementation and drive retention, renewals, and growth within a defined book of business. This role requires executive-level engagement and proactive problem solving with internal teams.
Responsibilities include coordinating with Operations, leading QBRs, monitoring client health metrics in D365, and aligning service delivery with contracts and budgets to maximize client value.
