Own a strategic retail relationship from growth strategy through delivery.
Cadreforce is recruiting a Client Partner in Marlborough, Massachusetts, for a global technology services and consulting organization. As the executive owner of a retail account, you will connect customer priorities with technology capabilities, strengthen senior relationships and guide the partnership's commercial and delivery performance.
This is an opportunity to bring together retail expertise, executive influence and account leadership in a role with responsibility across the client relationship.
What you will do
Serve as an executive connection between customer leadership and your organization's leadership team.
Build trusted relationships, understand strategic priorities and create opportunities for account expansion.
Guide account strategy, governance, delivery assurance and financial performance.
Work across teams to support customer satisfaction, business transformation and innovation.
Bring insight into retail applications and platforms to client discussions and growth plans.
What you bring
15 or more years of relevant experience, including a demonstrated track record in sales and delivery.
Retail industry experience and a strong understanding of retail applications and platforms.
Experience managing CXO and SVP relationships and aligning senior stakeholders.
Evidence of leading transformation, expanding client relationships and achieving delivery outcomes.
Strategic and commercial judgment, with the ability to connect technology initiatives to business priorities.
Location and compensation
Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States. The advertised annual salary range is USD $151,900–$231,400.
