Overview
Client Relationship Manager III (Commercial Loan Officer III)
Join United Business Bank in a collaborative environment that supports advancement and values teamwork and client focus.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with prospective clients by identifying their financial needs and offering the bank’s products and services.
Understand and explain a wide range of loan products including CRE, C&I, Construction, Lines of Credit, and Letters of Credit; assess loan requests within risk and policy guidelines; prepare and submit required documents for approval.
Provide service to existing client relationships and represent the bank in local civic, social, and professional activities.
Retain and grow loan and deposit relationships; perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
About You
You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a team environment.
Education/Certification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
Required Knowledge: Knowledge of banking and lending operations and procedures, and familiarity with relevant regulations and standard banking practices.
Experience Required: Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Skills/Abilities:
Strong oral and written communication abilities.
Strong math skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong business development techniques and cross-selling skills.
Ability to identify, analyze and handle credit requests.
Good organizational skills.
Good personal computer skills; ability to use Word and Excel.
