Voices Unhidden™, Inc. is seeking a dedicated volunteer leader to serve as our Client Response & Case Review Director . Please note: This is an unpaid volunteer leadership position. Individuals serving in this role contribute their time and expertise in support of Voices Unhidden™’ Inc.’s mission and organizational growth.
This role helps oversee the organization’s client response process, supports Client Response Specialists, and assists with reviewing incoming support requests related to technology-facilitated harassment, stalking, digital abuse, online monitoring, coordinated harassment, and related harms.
The Client Response & Case Review Director will help ensure that individuals seeking support receive timely, compassionate, trauma-informed, and appropriate responses. This role may include reviewing client intake information, helping assign or monitor cases, supporting response team volunteers, identifying urgent safety concerns, maintaining clear documentation, and ensuring that responses remain aligned with Voices Unhidden™, Inc.'s mission, boundaries, and procedures.
This is a volunteer leadership position for someone who is organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and able to handle sensitive information with care and confidentiality. The ideal volunteer has strong communication skills, good judgment, attention to detail, and an understanding of survivor-centered support.
This role does not provide legal advice, emergency intervention, mental health counseling, or investigative services. Instead, the Client Response & Case Review Director helps guide the response process, support volunteers, strengthen internal case review procedures, and help connect individuals with appropriate resources, referrals, and next steps when possible.
Volunteers with experience in victim services, advocacy, social work, nonprofit leadership, crisis response, case management, domestic violence support, digital safety, law enforcement support services, mental health administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
