Role Description
We are seeking a Full-Time Client Advisor to help open and operate SIMONMILLER’s first Palm Beach store. You will combine elevated clienteling with trusted key-holder and manager-on-duty responsibilities. This opportunity is ideal for someone who wants to build a client community from the ground up, influence a new store’s success, and grow alongside a bold luxury brand.

Create an elevated, highly personalized experience that makes every client feel seen, understood, and inspired.
Bring the SIMONMILLER point of view to life through confident styling, compelling product storytelling, and thoughtful cross-category recommendations.
Deliver individual and store results by strengthening conversion, average order value, units per transaction, and repeat business.
Cultivate a loyal client portfolio through tailored outreach, appointment setting, memorable follow-up, and consistent relationship development.
Serve as a trusted style authority for local, seasonal, and visiting clients, creating meaningful reasons to return each season.
Stay immersed in collections, launches, materials, fit, and brand initiatives while contributing to events, activations, and community partnerships.
Safeguard the business as a trusted key holder and manager on duty, owning opening and closing, cash controls, receiving, inventory accuracy, loss prevention, visual standards, and floor readiness.
What You Will Bring
Experience in luxury, contemporary, designer, specialty retail, hospitality, or another high-touch client environment.
A proven ability to cultivate genuine client relationships and translate exceptional service into loyalty and repeat business.
A sophisticated clienteling approach supported by confident discovery, styling, product storytelling, cross-selling, and closing.
Commercial fluency across conversion, average order value, units per transaction, and other core retail performance measures.
Prior key-holder, opening and closing, cash-control, or manager-on-duty experience, with the judgment to lead the floor decisively.
Exceptional communication, emotional intelligence, personal accountability, and the ability to anticipate what the client and business need next.
A genuine affinity for fashion and the SIMONMILLER aesthetic, experience with CRM tools, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs evolve.
Physical Requirements
Remain standing and walking for extended periods and move throughout all areas of the store to support clients.
Bend, reach, lift, carry, and move merchandise or fixtures weighing up to 25 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
