About Virtualite
Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services partners with entrepreneurs and growing organizations to streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management solutions. We are currently seeking client sales & solutions advisors to join our growing team. You'll work closely with prospective clients and recommend service solutions that support long-term success.
In this role:
• Engage potential clients through outbound outreach and inbound inquiries
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business goals
• Present Virtualite's service offerings and recommend tailored solutions
• Guide prospects through the decision-making process and close new business
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and follow-ups in CRM systems
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
We are looking for:
• Experience in sales, client advising, or business development roles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Consultative mindset with the ability to explain solutions clearly
• Organized, dependable, and goal-oriented
