Full Time Client Service/Data EntryIntegrity Insurance and Financial Services, 2013 to 2025 Exclusive General Agent of the Year for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Texas, has a full time client service/data entry position available at our Orland Park, Illinois location. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to flourish with a thriving company in an expanding market.Our goal and commitment is to assist our clients improve their long-term financial success. Our personalized approach is to grow, conserve and protect our client's wealth by delivering an unprecedented level of personalized service.Work hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Friday 8:30 am to 3:00 pm depending on company needs.Essential job functions:Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally; direct callers to the appropriate departmentsSupport clients by answering questions regarding coverage, benefits, claims, and eligibilityCommunicate with insurance carriers and internal teams on behalf of clientsAdd to the customer's experience by letting each customer know their call is importantPerform administrative duties, including but not limited to processing insurance applications and agent notes from completed sales appointmentsPunctual and dependable attendanceFollow and maintain Integrity Insurance's standards and proceduresPerform any additional duties as necessaryQualifications:Outstanding communications skills both verbal and written. Excellent phone etiquette required.Detail oriented, hardworking, and self-motivated.Computer skills are a must.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Education: No experience or specific education necessary.Bilingual a plus, but not necessary.Health & Life License a plus, but not necessary.Integrity Insurance and Financial Services offers a competitive benefits package, which includes:Earning potential $50,000 - $60,000 plus annually.
