As our Front Desk Receptionist / Customer Experience Coordinator, you'll be the first person customers interact with, whether they call, visit our showroom, or need assistance during their project.If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping things organized, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.We are a locally owned and operated manufacturer of custom closets, garages, pantries, home offices, wall beds, entertainment centers, laundry rooms, and other custom storage solutions. Every project is designed, manufactured, and installed by our local team, and we take pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience from the first phone call through final installation.What You'll DoNo two days are exactly alike, and that's what makes this position rewarding. You'll play a central role in keeping our office running smoothly while providing exceptional service to both customers and teammates.Your responsibilities will include:Greeting customers and visitors with warmth and professionalismAnswering and directing incoming phone callsResponding promptly to emails and customer inquiriesScheduling free in-home design consultationsCoordinating appointments and calendars for our design teamSupporting customers throughout every stage of their projectWorking closely with designers, installers, and production staff to ensure projects stay on scheduleResolving customer questions and concerns with professionalism and empathyMaintaining accurate customer records and project informationAssisting with administrative and office support tasksHelping create a welcoming, organized, and efficient office environmentWhat Makes You a Great FitWe're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takes ownership of their work.Our ideal candidate is:Friendly, positive, and professionalHighly organized with exceptional attention to detailAble to multitask without sacrificing accuracyComfortable working in a fast-paced office where priorities can change throughout the dayAn excellent communicator, both verbally and in writingA dependable team player who enjoys collaborating with othersResourceful and proactive when solving problemsComfortable learning new software and systemsProficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general computer applicationsPrevious experience in customer service, reception, scheduling, office administration, or project coordination is preferred but not required.
