Job description
TSG - The Sheridan Group seeks a Client Service Representative to support our strategic communications and public affairs work in Washington, DC. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving service issues, and coordinating with account teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly. You’ll track requests, maintain accurate records, and prepare status updates and reports. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at the intersection of policy, advocacy, and media.
