Job Type: 6-Month Contract
Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour
Work Schedule: 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote

Job Overview
The Client Service Specialist is responsible for managing the client journey and ensuring exceptional service with quick and accurate turnaround times. This role will support client onboarding for deposit accounts and treasury services, manage client requests, and escalate research needs when necessary.
The specialist will serve as a key point of contact for clients while partnering closely with internal teams to ensure requests are completed accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and take proactive steps to maintain a positive client experience.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and take ownership of requests through completion.
Support client onboarding for deposit accounts and treasury management services.
Partner with internal business teams to ensure consistent communication and alignment.
Advocate for clients and coordinate with internal specialists when additional expertise is required.
Research and escalate complex client requests as needed.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and connect clients with appropriate business partners.
Manage multiple client requests while prioritizing workflow and meeting deadlines.
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
Commercial and Corporate Deposit Account knowledge.
Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
Familiarity with core banking systems and business online banking platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email.
Salesforce or similar CRM experience.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to exercise sound judgment when handling complex assignments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with external clients and internal technical/business teams.
Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Required Experience
High School Diploma or GED.
3–5 years of banking experience, preferably in:
Client/Customer Service
Treasury Management
Commercial Banking
Corporate Banking
Deposit Services
Preferred Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience supporting Commercial or Corporate clients, including:
Commercial Real Estate
Healthcare
Government
Commercial & Industrial (C&I)
Experience with commercial deposit products and treasury management services.
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of banking experience , strong commercial/corporate banking and treasury management knowledge , excellent client-service skills, and experience managing deposit account and client onboarding requests.
