ProspectBlue seeks an experienced Client Services Associate for their wealth management firm client in Richmond, Virginia! Registered Client Service Associate
Our client, a respected wealth management firm in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Registered Client Services Associate to support daily operations and client service activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and holds the Series 66 license who’s looking to grow within a professional and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a first point of contact with visiting clients, answering client calls, and being responsible for first impressions.
Support the financial advisory management team with scheduling, document preparation, and client follow-ups
Maintain and organize client records in compliance with industry regulations. Assist with account openings, transfers, money movements, and general administrative tasks (cutting checks, journaling assets, ACH’s, etc.)
Communicate effectively with clients and internal team members.
Qualifications:
Series 66 licenses highly desired (or ability to obtain quickly upon new hire)
Prior experience in a financial services or advisory environment preferred (ideally 2-3+ years)
Strong attention to detail and solid written and verbal communication skills
Prior experience with Redtail, Orion Advisor Services, and/or Charles Schwab is a plus!
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
