The Opportunity
The Client Services Consultant is responsible for account management for one or more of our National Account Customers across the Mid-Atlantic This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to growing and protecting our customer base. A position with a strong purpose to make a difference each day for our customers and their employees. Work with Account Executives and partners across the entire MetLife infrastructure through implementation and daily service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage National Account clients end-to-end, from implementation through ongoing service delivery across multiple product lines (Disability & Leaves, Life Insurance, and Dental)
Serve as the primary point of contact, building strong client relationships and ensuring high-quality customer experience
Oversee and coordinate account and project activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment with client expectations
Prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver seamless service and support for client needs
Required Qualifications
College Degree is required
Relevant Work experience in customer service, account management, project management
Some relevant experience in relationship management
Ability to effectively manage competing priorities
Experience with Microsoft Office and AI enabled tools
Preferred Qualifications
Customer centric, Problem solver, critical thinker, team player
Insurance Industry experience
The expected salary range for this position is $62,100 - $82,800. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation and stock-based long-term incentives. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
