Responsibilities
Take responsibility for the strategic direction, growth, development, and delivery standards for a range of accounts.
Build strong client relationships at the highest level to ensure repeat business.
Maximize repeat business by meeting with clients, maintaining regular contact, and upselling wherever possible.
Attend client meetings individually and with colleagues to position Lumanity for thought leadership, project excellence, and innovation above competitors.
Focus on account planning for growth within key current accounts, working with Account teams to develop plans and achieve targets, including increased levels of repeat business year on year.
Implement new company procedures, seek ways to improve quality, and continually innovate.
Identify opportunities to innovate, bring new ideas/services to market, and actively develop company practices.
Act as a role model and support the team in achieving agreed annual targets.
Qualifications
Advanced experience in research or a professional services organization.
Advanced experience in research‑based project management.
Extensive experience in ad‑hoc, primary research within a client‑facing, commercial setting.
Extensive life sciences, healthcare/pharma experience and therapy area knowledge.
Strong knowledge across research methodologies and practices.
Proven skills and track record in project and account management, with outstanding client communication and influencing skills.
Strong track record at business generation – both with new and existing clients.
Computer proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
