We are looking for a Client Services Director who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch environment, where attention to detail, operational precision, and premium service delivery are non-negotiable.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will serve as the trusted partner to an elite portfolio of aircraft owners.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties

Champion Client Relationships

Act as the primary liaison for assigned aircraft owners, fostering trusted, long-term partnerships.

Anticipate client needs and preferences to deliver proactive, personalized service.

Ensure regular communication and transparency across all facets of service delivery.

Drive Operational Excellence

Partner with Client Aviation Managers (CAMs) and internal teams to ensure seamless flight execution, maintenance planning, and crew coordination.

Maintain full visibility over aircraft activity and proactively resolve issues before they escalated.

Lead and Inspire Your Team

Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Client Aviation Managers and Flight Crew professionals.

Cultivate a culture of service, professionalism, and accountability.

Own the Financial Picture

Collaborate with the Client Accounting Director to ensure financial clarity and transparency for clients.

Monitor operating budgets, review monthly statements, and support clients with financial insights and solutions.

Ensure Safety and Compliance

Uphold Solairus’ commitment to the highest safety standards.

Tackle complex service or compliance issues with urgency and professionalism.

Champion Innovation and Improvement

Identify opportunities to enhance service quality, client satisfaction, and internal efficiency.

Contribute insights to executive leadership and support strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation Management, or a related field required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Experience: 7–10+ years in client services, aviation operations, or similar roles — ideally within business aviation.

Flexibility: Willing to travel periodically and work extended hours as needed.

Specific Qualifications/Certifications

To thrive in this role, you'll bring a powerful combination of leadership, industry knowledge, and client service expertise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

Client-Centric Mindset – A relentless commitment to understanding and exceeding client expectations.

Aviation Expertise – Strong working knowledge of private aviation operations, aircraft management, and FAA regulations.

Strategic Thinking – Ability to align service delivery with broader business goals and client objectives.
