Client Services ManagerJoin a growing team supporting employer Stop Loss programs and play a key role in delivering exceptional client and broker experiences.As a Client Services Manager (internally known as an Account Manager) in our Stop Loss business, you'll support the employer stop loss programs and partner closely with brokers, third party administrators (TPAs), and policyholders to manage the day-to-day administration of Stop Loss renewal accounts. Reporting to the Director of Account Management, you'll ensure a smooth experience from renewal through ongoing servicing. The company offers a competitive compensation plan and robust benefits package for full time regular employees which for this role include: Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $80,000 Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Wellness, Paid Time Off, 401(k) and Profit-Sharing plans. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
