Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for a bad-ass client strategy lead who can own relationships, think strategically, and keep everything from flowing behind the scenes. If you're someone who loves diving into ad strategy, gets fired up about learning, and thrives on dissecting data to unlock out-of-the-box ideas, read on.

Who we are:

We’re Junglr, an Amazon ads agency working with top-tier brands to scale profitably. We’re known for thinking deeper, caring harder, and saying no to bloated agency fluff. Our team’s full of sharp minds across time zones, and we’re ridiculously proud of the culture we’ve built.

Most of our team are subject-matter specialists, brilliant in their own lanes. Right now, we're looking for someone to work directly with the founder to bridge the gap between strategy and execution.

Our vibe:

We’re fast-moving, founder-led, and allergic to micromanagement (it's even in our core values). You won’t find long-winded meetings here or 5-step approval chains. What youwillfind? High-trust clients, a team that actually gives a damn, and an agency that runs on results.

We value EQ as much as IQ. The people who thrive here are proactive, thoughtful, and know how to read between the lines.

We’re looking for someone who…

Has legit Sponsored Amazon ads experience (DSP a huge bonus)

Has led client calls and knows how to manage and grow client relationships

Can think on their feet and talk strategy

Is obsessed with clarity in communication, in decision-making, in outcomes

Doesn’t need hand-holding, butdoesneed context (and asks the right questions to get it)

Has experience managing internal ops, systems, or account team structures, or is confident you could figure it out

For bonus points…

You’ve run or helped run a pod or team inside an agency

You’ve built or cleaned up internal SOPs before and actually made them usable

You’ve helped navigate team changes, tricky client convos, or overloaded systems

You get excited thinking about how better systems = more time for high-leverage work

Requirements

In this role, you can expect to:

Take over client communications from the founder (gradually, but fully)

Lead team syncs for a pod of account managers help drive results across those accounts

Catch issues before they spiral (low conversions, rising ACoS, missed client updates)

Work side-by-side with the founder to build internal clarity, cut friction, and scale sustainably

Balance strategy, systems, and human relationships. All 3 matter, but we value people above all else

Get deeply involved in the Amazon ad accounts when needed, but this isn’t an executor role

Where to from here?

You read this and think “hol…y crap, this sounds like it was written for me.”

You do a little creeping on Junglr (go ahead, we encourage it).

You apply, tell us why you’re right for this.

We schedule a call. You meet Elizabeth. (It’s real talk, not a panel interview.)

You vibe. We vibe.

We bring you on with a clear transition plan.

You get in, get up to speed, and free up our founder to go all in on growth.

The agency scales, the clients are happy, and you help us build something exceptional.

Benefits

100% remote — work from wherever you do your best thinking Flexible schedule — we care about ownership and outcomes, not when you're online Join a smart, no-fluff global team that actually gives a damn High-trust environment — you'll have autonomy and real decision-making space Constant learning — ad strategy, client psychology, team dynamics, and more Clear growth path — potential to evolve into a Head of Strategy or Client Services role Direct access to the founder — strategic mentorship, no gatekeeping Work with cutting-edge internal systems, including AI-powered tools and custom-built infrastructure No micromanagement. No endless meetings. Just good people doing excellent work Team-first culture — we protect our people, invest in them, and expect the same from you
