Client Success CaregiverLocation: Westford, MA and willingness to travel throughout Middlesex County, MA as needed Pay Range: $18.25 - $20/Hr dependent on experience and qualifications Are you an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring seniors receive exceptional care? Senior Helpers of Westford is growing, and we are seeking a Client Success Caregiver to support both our clients and office team by providing hands-on caregiving, assisting with urgent staffing needs, introducing caregivers to new clients, conducting client visits, and helping ensure every client has an outstanding experience with our agency. Schedule: 40 Hrs/Week Monday to Friday 8am to 4pmWhat You’ll Do:Provide companion and personal care services to clients as neededCover urgent client needs including new client starts, caregiver call-outs, assignment refusals, late arrivals, and other service gapsSafely transport clients when appropriateSupport Client SuccessConduct client check-in visits to ensure satisfaction with servicesIntroduce caregivers to new clients and help ensure smooth transitionsIdentify opportunities to increase client services and communicate them to the office teamDeliver supplies, PPE, and other materials to clients as neededSupport & Develop CaregiversCheck in with caregivers during client visits and communicate feedback to leadershipAssist with caregiver training as directed by our RN or Caregiver ManagerDistribute educational materials and resources to caregiversPartner with the Office TeamAssist with client service needs throughout our service territoryCommunicate client concerns, service updates, and potential issues promptlyHelp maintain the high level of customer service our clients and families expectPerform other duties that support quality care and client satisfactionWhy Join Senior Helpers of Westford?Collaborative, Supportive Office Team401kDynamic role combining caregiving with client support and office collaboration40 Hrs of Paid Sick TimeMileage reimbursement for work-related travelEmployee Discount ProgramWork for a nationally recognized Great Place to Work®Employee Assistance ProgramProfessional growth within a stable and growing organizationAppreciation EventsMeaningful work that improves lives every dayWhat You Need:CNA or HHA certification from an approved programMinimum of 1 year of hands-on caregiving experienceCustomer service experience with strong relationship-building skillsExcellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quicklyValid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and willingness to travel throughout our service areaAbility to transport clients when neededClean driving record and ability to pass routine background checksComfortable working independently and as part of a teamComfortable working in homes with pets and/or smoking environmentsMaintain confidentiality of client and employee informationUphold the Senior Helpers mission, values, and brand standardsSome After hours and Weekend support is requiredSenior Helpers provides non-medical, in-home senior care services designed to help older adults age safely and independently at home.
