Job description
Alpha seeks a Client Success Director to own every family relationship on campus, lead tough conversations, and protect the Guides’ coaching partnership. You will decide when to escalate, define outcomes, and drive community trust across launch and mature campuses.
This is a full-time on-site role across multiple campuses, with $200k salary (Park City $250k), relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.
