Job description
Alpha School seeks a Client Success Director to own every family relationship on campus and lead tough conversations. You’ll collaborate with Guides, protect coaching dynamics, and navigate decisions in ambiguous situations.
You’ll build the campus community and drive growth aligned with campus phase goals. You’ll manage admissions follow-through at launches or mature campuses, focusing on retention, referrals, and strong family advocacy.
