Client Success & Growth Manager

Poppy Exteriors is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and customer-focused Client Success & Growth Manager to support business growth and daily operations. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for leads and clients, manage scheduling and administrative tasks, develop referral partnerships, and help drive recurring revenue growth.
Part-Time
10–20 hours per week initially
2–3 days per week
Opportunity to grow into a larger role as the company expands
Responsibilities:
Respond to and follow up with new leads and client inquiries
Schedule consultations and recurring service appointments
Build relationships with Realtors, property managers, and referral partners
Support marketing initiatives, referrals, and client retention efforts
Manage client communications and ensure an exceptional customer experience
Coordinate technician schedules and assist with operational planning
Maintain CRM, client records, estimates, and service agreements
Identify opportunities for service upgrades and recurring memberships
Ideal Candidate:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience in customer service, sales, operations, or business development preferred
Self-motivated, professional, and growth-oriented
Possesses a positive, can-do attitude and takes initiative without being asked
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and find solutions independently
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience in customer success
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail oriented and analytical
Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction
Work Environment
This position will begin in a hybrid capacity as Poppy Exteriors continues through an exciting growth and expansion phase. Initially, a combination of remote work and in-person meetings will be required. As the company grows, a dedicated office location is planned, and the role may transition to a more office-based position. Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to grow alongside the company are essential.
*This position begins part-time and includes a 90-day introductory period. During this time, employees will receive training, support, and performance feedback while determining mutual fit and long-term growth opportunities within the company. xhmxlyz
Compensation
$20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
