Client Success Manager
1 big thing: We're looking for a Client Success Manager to join our growing Professional Services team.
Why it matters: Our Services business is growing 40% year over year, and a big part of delivering on that growth is making sure every client engagement runs smoothly and every cohort feels taken care of. This role is key to owning the day-to-day client experience across our standard training and consulting engagements, so our team can scale delivery without sacrificing quality.
The Client Success Manager will manage the client experience across a portfolio of standard Services engagements and help maintain the systems and skills that power our delivery.
Go deeper: In this role, you will make an impact to Axios HQ through the following responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end client experience across a portfolio of training and consulting engagements
Manage client-facing touchpoints—scheduling, kickoff calls, session logistics, and troubleshooting—to keep every cohort happy and on track
Serve as the primary point of contact for training clients, managing expectations and providing regular updates
Maintain and improve the day-to-day AI skills and tools that support delivery
Partner internally with sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution
Manage and improve client feedback loops, including survey collection and reporting
Track project performance, analyze survey data, and share insights with stakeholders
Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and collaborate internally on process improvements
The details: Ideal candidates will embody an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for Axios HQ's mission and values - raise the bar, stay curious, be inclusive, always, and champion each other - and have the following skills/experience:
4-6 years in project management and client-facing delivery
Comfort working with AI tools and automation to manage high-volume workloads efficiently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent client relationships (25-30) without letting details slip
Demonstrated interest in process improvement and operational efficiency
Experience with CRM or project tracking tools (e.g., HubSpot) a plus
Ability to work independently while partnering with senior team members for guidance

Base Range: $80,000-$100,00, depending on experience, skills and geographic location.
