Are you looking for more than just a job? We're searching for someone who wants to become an integral part of two growing health companies—and eventually become a key leader within our organization. This is not a receptionist position. This is not a typical office job. This is a leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems, improving systems, and helping people. You'll work directly alongside Dr. Derek Alessi, helping lead the daily operations of both businesses while learning the skills required to help build and grow a successful company.

About The Role
This is a hands‑on leadership position. You'll help oversee the daily operations of: Dr. Derek Health & Fitness—a private fitness and nutrition studio specializing in adults over 45.Strength Genesis - a premium nutritional supplement company serving customers throughout the United States. You'll become involved in nearly every aspect of the business. From client experience to ecommerce to AI to marketing to improving systems to solving problems before they become problems. We're looking for someone who enjoys making businesses better.
What You'll Learn
You’ll receive hands‑on experience in: Leadership, Business Operations, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, Artificial Intelligence, Ecommerce, Shopify, Customer Experience, Process Improvement. You’ll work directly with a forward‑thinker with more than 30 years of business experience.
Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional client and customer experience
Coordinate daily operations
Help oversee scheduling and client communication
Support Shopify ecommerce operations
Manage customer service
Assist with marketing initiatives
Use AI to improve efficiency
Develop and improve systems
Identify problems and solve them
Continuously look for ways to improve the business
