The Role
As a Client Success Representative, you will be the trusted partner for veterinary practices using Keystone. You will own the client relationship after the sale, from onboarding through renewal, making sure every practice gets full value from the platform, stays happy, and grows with us.
What You'll Do
Manage a portfolio of veterinary practice and hospital accounts, acting as their main point of contact
Lead onboarding and training so new clients are up and running quickly and confidently
Run regular check-ins and account reviews to understand client goals and drive product adoption
Monitor account health, flag risks early, and take action to protect renewals and prevent churn
Identify upsell and expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to close them
Work closely with Technical Support and Product to resolve issues and share client feedback
Keep accurate account records and notes in the CRM
Requirements
What You Bring
2+ years in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role, ideally in SaaS
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a genuine drive to help clients succeed
Organized and proactive, able to manage many accounts and priorities at once
Comfortable learning software quickly and explaining it clearly to non-technical users
Experience with a CRM or customer success platform
Nice to Have
Experience in veterinary, animal health, or healthcare technology
Familiarity with medical imaging, PACS, or practice management software
