Job description
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Client Success Specialist to build strong client relationships, provide ongoing support, and help clients achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strongclient relationships .
Support clients throughout onboarding and ongoing engagement.
Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns.
Monitor client satisfaction and engagement.
Follow up on open requests and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs.
Identify opportunities to improveclient satisfaction and retention .
Required Skills

Previous experience inClient Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role .
Experience working directly with clients or customers.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple requests and meet deadlines.
Ability to build positive and professional client relationships.
Reliable internet connection and a suitable setup for remote work.
English proficiency is required if working with English-speaking clients or teams.
