Job description
Help someone turn an insurance question into a clear next step. Our Centennial team is adding a Client Support Associate who enjoys conversation, keeps track of details, and follows through.
You will work full-time in the office, building practical skills in client communication and insurance sales support. Training is provided, and you do not need prior insurance experience to be considered.
The work includes:
Responding to prospective clients and learning what they want to discuss.
Arranging appointments and confirming the next step.
Keeping contact notes accurate so follow-up conversations are useful.
Supporting insurance sales conversations within your training and authorization.
Experience helping customers, handling a busy front desk, or working with the public can be a useful starting point. We value someone who listens, stays organized, and is comfortable asking questions while learning.
Coaching helps you build confidence in this contractor role. As your skills develop, you can work toward broader client responsibility and opportunities to help others learn.
