Duties & Responsibilities
Conduct client intake conversations while accurately entering information into case management software
Clearly explain the VA claims process to prospective clients
Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and text; proactively follow up to advance qualified cases
Identify the claims a client wishes to file with the VA and gather the necessary documentation and statements to support those claims
Organize and maintain client files within the firm's document management system
Demonstrate strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a consistently professional and positive demeanor
Work independently with a high degree of self-motivation, organization, and tenacity
Essential Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
Active military member, Veteran, or immediate family member of someone who has served
Physical Requirements
Ability to work for extended periods at a desk in a computer-based environment
Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues via phone, email, text, and in person
