No previous industry experience is required. Training, resources, and ongoing support are provided to help you build confidence, develop your skills, and succeed in the role.
What You’ll Do
Meet with members virtually to discuss available programs and options.
Learn about each member’s needs and help identify appropriate solutions.
Explain information clearly and answer questions along the way.
Guide members through applications, documentation, and enrollment.
Follow up with members and provide ongoing assistance when needed.
Keep client information accurate, organized, and up to date.
Provide a professional and dependable experience in every interaction.

Strong communication and people skills.
Comfortable speaking with and assisting different types of people.
Self-motivated and able to manage your time effectively while working remotely.
Organized, dependable, and attentive to detail.
Open to learning, coaching, and professional development.
Goal-oriented with an interest in growing within the organization.
Able to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
Customer service, sales, or other client-facing experience is helpful, but not required.
