Route Merchandising AssociateSignature Retail Services is hiring a Route Merchandising Associate in our Clifton Heights, PA market!Our company is seeking an experienced merchandiser who is interested in growth opportunities. Working in retail partners such as Lowe's and The Home Depot, you'll execute planograms, merchandise products, support seasonal resets, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure brand standards are met. Regular availability for travel throughout the territory is essential for this role.Job Duties:Travel independently throughout an assigned territory using your personal vehicle to service designated store locations.Conduct store audits, execute product resets, merchandise products, and maintain planogram compliance.Install price labels, point-of-purchase materials, fixtures, and displays to enhance product visibility and presentation.Down-stock merchandise, maintain shelf conditions, and ensure products are fully stocked and customer-ready.Partner with store personnel to assess inventory levels, recommend replenishment needs, and place product orders as needed.Serve as a product expert by providing knowledgeable support to store associates and customers, answering questions, and sharing product information.Maintain a professional presence while representing both Signature Retail Services and our client partners in store.This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of duties, responsibilities, or activities. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed to support business objectives.Minimum Qualifications:Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United StatesLive within approximately 30 minutes of the assigned territory.Proof of a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.Access to a reliable personal vehicle to travel between assigned store locations throughout the route.Possess a smartphone with phone, text, email, and internet access to support daily communication and reporting requirements.Previous merchandising experience is a plus but not required.
