Enjoy more flexibility and control over your finances.Full Time at 40 hours weekly Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30pmMinimum Qualifications: 3-5 years prior experience in maintenance and repair work. Certified Pool Operator certification preferred. Ability to manage and perform maintenance requests.Minimum Requirements for All Property Positions: Excellent human relation skills and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents. Ability to report and record maintenance requests. Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment. Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment. Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use.
