Job description
Jaybird ABA (empowered by Finni Health) in Indianola, IA, is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician for a full-time, clinic-based role. You’ll provide 1:1 ABA therapy in our clinic, with potential in-home assignments based on client needs, Monday–Friday 8am–4pm.
Starting pay is $17–$21 per hour, based on experience and credentials. Benefits include health/dental/vision, short-term disability, generous PTO, 401(k), and opportunities for growth within the Jaybird ABA team.
