Job description
Empower Behavioral Health is seeking a BCBA supervisor to provide clinic-based ABA services and oversee RBT staff under BACB guidelines. You will supervise treatment, oversee data collection, and ensure compliance with state licensure requirements.
Location is Brownsville, TX with a Monday–Friday schedule. Candidates should have a Master’s in Behavior Analysis and BCaBA/BCBA credentials, plus relevant experience with autism. EBH offers competitive benefits and professional growth opportunities.
