Job description
Easterseals is seeking a BCBA to supervise ABA services in our clinic, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to support children with autism and their families.
You will mentor RBTs, monitor client progress with data-driven decisions, partner with families and an interdisciplinary team, and ensure services meet funding, accreditation, and organizational standards. This role offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment and opportunities for growth.
