Job description
Ascend Rehab Inc. is seeking an energetic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for clinic-based work in San Jose, CA. The 30-hour-week role supports children’s growth with ABA-based interventions under BCBA/BCaBA supervision in a structured setting.
Responsibilities include 1:1 and small-group sessions, data collection, assisting with daily routines and social skills, and collaboration with families and teachers to ensure compassionate, evidence-based care.
