nJob Description:
nThe Clinic Care Technician is primarily responsible for providing assistance with daily patient flow in the clinic setting. These duties may include greeting and rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, documenting in patient chart, stocking, and cleaning exam room, ordering and maintaining clinic supplies, assisting with clerical duties, and all other duties as assigned. This position may float to support other areas as assigned.
nEducation Qualifications:
nKey Responsibilities:
nnnSupports and assists providers and clinical staff with administrative and select patient care tasks
n
nnSupports patient scheduling and work queue needs as assigned
n
nnFollows up on no-shows and works with providers to review and approve add-ons
n
nnGreets patients, supports virtual visits, completes identification verification, height, weight and obtains vitals
n
nnChaperones exams as needed
n
nnAdministers questionnaires and documents in electronic medical record
n
nnMay perform limited patient care tasks based on training
n
nnProcesses incoming mail, scans, copies, and faxes as needed, prints and updates forms, answers internal phone calls, and may place office supply orders
n
n nPreferred Qualifications:
nnnCustomer service skills
n
nnAbility to follow direction and perform tasks within scope of role
n
nnExperience in healthcare or patient care experience
n
nnExperience using electronic medical record
n
nnMedical terminology
n
n nThis is a casual day shift position.

nnBasic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire
